Website maintenance after launch, so the site keeps running, stays secure and changes go in without waiting. The first year is free; after that it is 10 EUR a month or 100 EUR a year. I have maintained BKC Soft's system since 2022, and Hotel Lane, Bralić & Dekić and the Turkish court interpreter site for close to two years.

What website maintenance covers
Text, price and image changes
Send what needs changing and I put it in. You do not have to learn an admin panel or call in someone else.
Updates and security patches
Code and components are updated when a fix comes out, before it turns into a problem.
Backups
The site and its data are copied regularly, so after a mistake or an attack the last working version comes back.
Uptime monitoring
I watch whether the site is reachable. If it goes down, I find out and act, not a customer who cannot open it.
SEO monitoring
Every month I check Search Console. If I see a search that could bring more visitors, I suggest a new page or a change of copy.
Domain and hosting reminders
I track when the domain and hosting expire and remind you 45 days ahead, so the site does not go offline over a forgotten payment.
Everything stays yours
Even while I maintain the site, you have access to the hosting, domain, Search Console and analytics. Maintenance does not make the site depend on me.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
A good fit if
- I built your site, so I know it from the inside and make changes without first learning someone else's code.
- nobody at your company tracks updates, backups and domain deadlines.
- you want someone watching Search Console and suggesting what to add.
Not a fit if
- someone else built the site and the source code is not available. I only take over other people's sites once I have the code and have brought it up to standard, including SEO.
- you need a new feature or a redesign. That is not maintenance but a new job with its own quote.
- you expect same day answers at weekends. I work on weekdays.

I look at the Search Console numbers. If I suggest a new page, I explain why first and wait for your approval.

I remind you 45 days before the domain and hosting expire; you pay for them directly, before they lapse.

The exception is changes I suggest myself: if Search Console shows a search the site could rank better for, I add a page or rewrite copy, but only after I explain why and get your approval.
If you need more, such as maintenance plus running your Google Business Profile and ad campaigns, I quote it after assessing the workload.
If you stop maintenance, the site stays yours and keeps running. You have access to the hosting and domain and pay for them yourself, and you also get access to Search Console and analytics. Everything is in your hands.
A real example: BKC Soft since 2022
My longest collaboration is with BKC Soft, a point of sale software vendor. It started in 2022 with a public website; in 2024 a portal for venue owners with daily cash register reports was added, and alongside it came the SEF and e-delivery note service and the TimeSync tool. The system has been running and maintained the whole time.
Maintenance there is more than editing text. When Serbia changes its rules on e-invoices or e-delivery notes, the service is updated, tested on the demo environment and sent to users as one new file. The amendments that apply from January 1, 2027, are already in. More than 10,000 invoices and 5,000 delivery notes have gone through the service so far.
Hotel Lane, Bralić & Dekić and the Turkish court interpreter site have been in maintenance with me for close to two years. Every client so far has continued after the first year.

How I maintain sites, and why custom costs less
The sites I build have no third party plugins to update one by one, as a WordPress theme does. That keeps maintenance short and predictable, which is why it can cost 10 EUR a month. This site ships its pages as ready made HTML with not a single kilobyte of JavaScript to track and update.
Windows programs I build in C# run on a local database, so there is no hosting and no monthly maintenance; if a change is needed, I charge a token fee.
Website maintenance pricing and response time
The first year after launch is free. After that, maintenance is 10 EUR a month or 100 EUR a year, which makes two months free. Domain and hosting are not part of maintenance and are paid separately, before they expire.
Requests sent before 5 pm CET on weekdays get a same day reply. I do not work weekends; I may see a message, but a same day reply is not guaranteed. A larger scope, with Google Business Profile management and ad campaigns, is quoted on request.

What does 10 EUR a month include?
Text, price and image changes, updates and security patches, backups, uptime monitoring and monthly Search Console checks. Domain and hosting are paid separately.
Are new pages included?
No, unless I suggest them because of a search I see in Search Console. Then I explain why first and add them only with your approval.
How fast do you respond when the site is down?
Messages sent before 5 pm CET on weekdays get a same day reply. Monitoring alerts me when the site is unreachable, so I may know about an outage before you do.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Only if I get the source code and first bring the site up to standard, including SEO and whatever else it needs to meet the criteria we agree on.
What if I do not want maintenance after the first year?
The site stays yours and keeps running. You have access to the hosting, domain, Search Console and analytics, and you pay for the domain and hosting yourself.
What if the site is attacked or something breaks?
I restore the last working backup and look for the cause so it does not happen again. Because monitoring tracks uptime, I learn about an outage without waiting for your message.
