Who is behind Kavon
Kavon is me, Kamber Kamberović, known to everyone as Kambo. I have been programming since 2017, building websites for clients since 2021, and working as a developer at BKC Soft since 2022. Kavon is my software studio: I build websites, online stores, portals and integrations alone, from the first sketch to maintenance.
Who I am
I have been programming since 2017, and actively since 2020. My first website clients came in 2021. I worked with them for 2 to 4 years each; when they changed line of business, they usually let the domain expire, and the site with it.
Since February 2022 I have worked at BKC Soft, a maker of fiscal cash register software in Serbia, as a developer and technical support. For BKC Soft I built the license and daily report portal, the efakture.exe service that sends documents to SEF, Serbia's state e-invoicing system, and to the e-delivery note system, and the TimeSync tool for register computers. Working in support, I see how software behaves for real users in the field, not just on my own machine.
Alongside that I work as Kavon, alone, with no team. So far I have built for companies in Serbia, Montenegro and Germany: from a hotel in Sjenica and holiday apartments in Bar to an installation company in Lower Saxony. They are all on the projects page, with the problem, the solution and the result.

Most projects from 2025 and 2026 are still in maintenance with me. Relax Home shows what that looks like over time: a small site from 2025 was rebuilt in PHP in April 2026 and in Next.js in September, and visits grew from under 100 to more than 10,000 a month.
How I work
- Sketch first, then code. In 1 to 2 days I turn your description into a specification and a sketch, and I start only once you approve it. We change the design until you are happy with it.
- Daily contact. A presentation site takes 3 to 7 days, more complex projects 7 to 20 days or more. During that time we are in touch every day, by message, email or meeting.
- Testing on phones. I check the site on several phones during the build, not just before handover.
- Same day reply. Messages sent before 5 pm CET get a reply the same day. Serbia is on Central European Time, the same clock as Berlin and Vienna.
- Everything is yours. The site, domain and hosting are yours and paid by you, and you get access to the hosting, domain and source code on request, so the site stays yours even if we stop working together one day.
- Meetings in person in Sjenica, Novi Pazar and Tutin, and in your city by arrangement. With clients outside the region I work by message and email.

What I do not do
- Gambling sites. I do not build them, whatever the budget.
- Copies of someone else's design. Every site is original: I build it from your brief, your content and your logo colors, not from a template or a competitor's site.
- Work without an agreed scope. Before the first line of code, the scope is written down in a specification, screen by screen, so price and timeline come from a real list, not a guess.
- WordPress, unless a client asks for it explicitly. Every site in my portfolio is custom built, without it.
Why the Uvac meander
The line running through this site is a meander of the Uvac river. I did not choose it because it looks nice, but because it describes the work: a meander connects places that would otherwise not be connected, and it does not run in a straight line, but wherever it can. That is what a good integration looks like too, when the register software, SEF and a website start exchanging data. And the Uvac is close to Sjenica; the viewpoint where the meanders look their best is a place I like to go.
The line is not drawn by hand. It is calculated with the Kinoshita model, a formula used in river studies to describe how a meander changes direction along its course. One number in the formula sets how sharp the bends are, and on this site it is tuned so the line resembles the Uvac's entrenched meanders.
The Uvac Special Nature Reserve lies in the municipalities of Nova Varoš and Sjenica and covers 7,543 hectares. In places the river turns through 270 degrees. The reserve's symbol is the griffon vulture, a bird with a wingspan of up to three meters, and the reserve also holds the Ušak cave system, with 6,185 meters of explored passages.

Tools I use
- VS Code is the editor I work in every day, for every language below.
- Git keeps every version of the code, so every change can be traced and rolled back.
- PHP and MySQL for sites with an admin panel, portals and record systems on standard hosting, as on Hotel Lane, FTPC and Royal Plast. For larger admin panels I use Laravel and Filament.
- Next.js and React when speed matters most, as on Relax Home and this site, which ships as ready made HTML with no JavaScript.
- Go and C# for Windows services and tools that run next to software on a computer, like efakture.exe and TimeSync.

Do you work alone or with a team?
Alone. I do the specification, design, code, deployment and maintenance myself, so you always know who you are talking to.

Do you work with clients outside Serbia?
Yes. I have built for companies in Montenegro and Germany, and I build sites in English, German and Turkish. With clients outside the region everything runs by message and email; details are on the nearshore page.
Can you issue an invoice?
Kavon is not a registered company, so it has no tax ID. Companies that need an invoice are invoiced through a registered company, with VAT included. Domain and hosting are paid up front, the rest after the site goes live, and installments are possible.
Do you visit clients?
I hold in person meetings in Sjenica, Novi Pazar and Tutin. By arrangement I also come to your city, when a space needs photographing, a video needs shooting or details need collecting on site; in that case you cover the fuel.
Who do I contact if something breaks after handover?
Me. The first year of maintenance is free; after that it is 10 EUR a month or 100 EUR a year. Messages sent before 5 pm CET get a reply the same day.
