What website development with me includes
As many pages as you need
The 100 EUR starting price does not depend on the number of pages. Each service gets its own page, because that is how people search: on Relax Home, prefabricated houses, log cabins and A-frame houses each have their own page.
Built for the phone first
I lay out every page for a 360 px screen and then widen it for desktop. On a phone, Relax Home has a bottom bar with Call, WhatsApp, Viber and Enquiry buttons.
More languages without a big surcharge
Each language gets its own URLs and a hreflang tag (a marker that tells Google which version is for which market). Sigma Premium Realty runs in Serbian, English and Turkish; Galia Apartmani in Serbian, English and German.
The basics for Google
A title and description for every page, a sitemap and company details in schema.org format, the structured data search engines read.
Contact the way your customers reach out
Phone, WhatsApp, email and a form, in the order that suits your business. On Galia Apartmani, call and WhatsApp sit above the form, because a guest looking for a room for tomorrow does not write emails.
A year of maintenance
The first year is free: I make the text, price and image changes. After that, maintenance is 10 EUR a month or 100 EUR for the whole year.
An admin panel, if you want one
A panel where you edit the content yourself is built on request and priced separately. FIDAI Coaching has 18 section types that the owner arranges, switches on and off without a developer.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
A good fit if you
- want enquiries from Google, not just an address on the web. For Relax Home, the website is the main channel enquiries come through.
- sell in another market and need a site in that language and under its rules, like Bralić & Dekić in Germany (Impressum and consent before the contact form sends anything).
- want to know the price and timeline before work starts, and pay the rest only once the site is live.
Not a fit if you
- need WordPress specifically, for example because of a plugin you already use. I only build on it when a client asks for it explicitly, so mention it in your first message.
- need a store with a cart and card payments. That is online store development, from 350 EUR.
- need the site live tomorrow. Even the smallest site takes 3 to 7 days.

You tell me what the company does, which pages and languages you want and send a link to a site you like. Messages sent before 5 pm CET get a reply the same day.

We agree on the languages, whether you need an admin panel, the price and the deadline. Only the domain and hosting are paid up front.

Content
We collect the text, images and company details. On request I travel to you to photograph or film your premises; you cover the fuel.

Build
A presentation site takes 3 to 7 days, larger sites 7 to 20. We are in touch every day, so changes go in while I work.

Launch
I put the site on the hosting and your domain. You pay the rest only then, as agreed, in installments if that suits you.

Changes are free for the first year, then 10 EUR a month.
A real example: Relax Home
Relax Home, based in Rožaje, Montenegro, builds prefabricated houses and log cabins for buyers in Montenegro and the wider region. Nobody buys a house like that on impulse: between the first idea and the first enquiry there are months of searching for prices, build times and permits. A builder the buyer only finds at the end of that search is too late.
So the site is split by type of building (prefabricated houses, log cabins, A-frame houses, weekend cottages), because that is how people search, and blog topics are chosen from what people actually type into Google. The site runs in Serbian and English, and every page has a quote request, because visitors usually arrive through the blog rather than the home page.
I recently rebuilt the site in Next.js. It now gets more than 10,000 visits a month. In a Google Lighthouse test on October 4, 2026, it scored 99 out of 100 for performance on mobile and 100 on desktop, and the home page loads no JavaScript at all.

Technology: a custom site or a WordPress theme
I build websites from scratch. When speed matters most, as on Relax Home and this site, I use Next.js and React (tools that ship each page as ready made HTML). For sites with an admin panel I use PHP and MySQL, as on FIDAI Coaching and Bralić & Dekić. I only use WordPress when a client asks for it explicitly; none of the sites in my portfolio run on it.

Website development pricing and timelines
A presentation website costs from 100 EUR, whatever the number of pages. A business website with a blog starts at 150 EUR. A second or third language is part of the agreement and does not raise the price much. An admin panel is priced separately, depending on what you need to edit.
The timeline is 3 to 7 days for a presentation site and 7 to 20 days for larger ones. You pay for the domain and hosting up front (hosting is around 30 EUR a year at most) and the rest after launch, in installments if you like. If you need a formal invoice, I issue it through a registered company and VAT is added.
Website development questions
How many pages do I get for 100 EUR?
As many as you need. The price of a presentation site does not grow with the number of pages. It grows when the site needs more than pages, such as a blog (from 150 EUR) or an admin panel.
Can I edit the text and images myself?
Yes, if you order an admin panel with the site; it is built on request and priced separately. Without one, I make the changes as part of maintenance: the first year is free, then 10 EUR a month.
Do you build on WordPress?
Only when a client asks for it explicitly. Every site I have built so far is custom, in Next.js or PHP.
How much does a site in two or three languages cost?
A second language is part of the agreement and the surcharge is small. Sigma Premium Realty runs in three languages: Serbian, English and Turkish.
Will my site rank first on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. I can promise the parts that depend on the site: a separate page for each service, titles and descriptions that match what people search for, and a fast site. With that setup and a blog, Relax Home now gets more than 10,000 visits a month.
When do I pay?
Only the domain and hosting before work starts; the rest once the site is live, in installments if you need them.
