SEO that starts in the code

Technical SEO and content for companies that want customers to find them on Google before they call someone else. From October 2025 to August 2026, the Relax Home site grew from 200 to 1,193 clicks a month from Google search, and its average position improved from 9.9 to 5.7.

What technical SEO and content work includes

  • Technical SEO in every site

A title and description for every page, a sitemap, language tags (hreflang) and company details in a format Google reads. This site scores 100 out of 100 on the Lighthouse SEO check.

  • A page for every search

People do not search for construction; they search for a prefabricated house or a log cabin. On Relax Home, the prefabricated houses page alone brought 1,379 clicks from search.

  • Copy and a blog

I write pages and blog posts about what your customers actually type into Google, and pick topics from Search Console data rather than guesswork.

  • Google Business Profile

I set it up, run it and optimize it: categories, opening hours, photos and description, so the company shows up on the map.

  • Speed on mobile

Of the 5,716 search clicks Relax Home received, 4,649 came from phones. That is why every site is built for the phone first.

  • Monthly monitoring

Every month I look at what people search for and what brings visitors, and decide what to change or add on the site.

  • A report when you want one

If you want to follow along, I send a monthly report with the Search Console numbers and what I did based on them.

  • SEO for a site I did not build

I also do SEO on sites built by others, as a separate service. The price depends on the state of the site and comes after a review.

Who this is for, and who it is not for

A good fit if

  • customers search Google before they buy, like buyers of prefabricated houses who spend months comparing prices, build times and permits.
  • you are a local business that needs a Google Business Profile and a place on the map.
  • your site looks fine but brings no enquiries.

Not a fit if

  • you want a guaranteed first place. Nobody can honestly promise that.
  • you expect results within a week. Numbers usually start to grow slowly after the first month.
  • the site has no pages about your services and no copy. Then website development comes first, and SEO is part of it.

How I work

  1. 01

    Review

I look at Search Console, speed and site structure: what already shows up, where, and what is missing.

  2. 02

    Search list

I list the terms customers use to find you, with what you already get and what you are missing.

  3. 03

    Technical fixes

Titles, descriptions, sitemap, language tags, company data and speed, page by page.

  4. 04

    Content

New pages for services people search for, and a blog that answers customers' questions.

  5. 05

    Google profile

I create or clean up the business profile so the company appears on the map and in local searches.

  6. 06

    Monthly monitoring

Every month I check the numbers and adjust the site to what people search for. You get the report when you ask for it.

The full process, step by step

What I measure and what the monthly report looks like

I do not promise a position, because Google decides that, not me. I promise you will know what is happening and what I did. The report comes from Google Search Console (Google's free tool that shows how a site appears in search) and from speed tests.

What Source What it tells you
Clicks Search Console how many people came to the site from search
Impressions Search Console how often the site appeared in results
Click-through rate Search Console whether the title and description earn the click
Average position Search Console where the site usually appears
Queries Search Console which words people type, and what the next topic should be
Pages Search Console which page brings visitors
Devices and countries Search Console phone or desktop, and where people come from
Speed Lighthouse whether pages load fast

The same site shows why position matters. For the search “montazne kuce rozaje” (prefabricated houses Rožaje), Relax Home sits at position 2.7 on average and 26.7% of the people who see it click. For “montazne kuce crna gora” (prefabricated houses Montenegro) it sits at 6.4 and 9.7% click. Same company, same site; the place in the list makes the difference.

A real example: Relax Home

Relax Home, based in Rožaje, Montenegro, builds prefabricated houses and log cabins. Buyers search for months before they get in touch, so the site has to show up while they research, not only once they know the company's name. That is why the site has a separate page for each type of building, and blog topics come from what people type into Google.

Google Search Console numbers by month:

Month Clicks Impressions Average position
October 2025 200 3,242 9.9
January 2026 205 3,646 7.9
April 2026 287 3,781 7.3
June 2026 487 5,140 5.9
August 2026 1,193 11,590 5.7
September 2026 (to the 29th) 970 9,468 5.4

Over that year, search brought 5,716 clicks from 66,158 impressions. Most visitors come from Montenegro, with Serbia and Germany next. Search clicks are only part of the traffic: counting all sources, the site now gets more than 10,000 visits a month. The growth starts after April 2026, when I built a new site in PHP; in September 2026 I rebuilt it in Next.js with further optimizations.

SEO that starts in the code

Google has to be able to read a page first. So I build sites that ship as ready made HTML (Next.js), with one H1 heading, a title and description for every page, language tags and company details in schema.org format. This site scores 100 for SEO and 100 for performance in Lighthouse, and its pages ship no JavaScript at all.

Relax Home scores 100 for SEO and 99 for mobile performance on the same test. On a site someone else built, this is the first thing I check: whether Google can read the pages, whether there are duplicate URLs and how slowly the site loads on a phone.

SEO pricing and timelines

See the full pricing

SEO is included in every site I build, from a 100 EUR presentation site upward, at no extra cost. For a site I did not build, the price is quoted after a review, because it depends on how much needs fixing.

The first changes in the numbers usually show after the first month and grow slowly. Relax Home took about 10 months to go from 200 to more than 1,000 clicks a month.

SEO questions

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and do not trust anyone who does. Google decides positions. I can promise a technically sound site, a page for every search that matters and numbers you can see.

How soon do results show?

Numbers usually start growing slowly after the first month. Relax Home went from 200 clicks a month in October 2025 to 1,193 in August 2026.

Is SEO included in website development?

Yes. Every site I build gets technical SEO, a title and description for every page and company data for Google, at no extra cost.

Do you work on sites you did not build?

Yes, as a separate service. I review the site first and then tell you what needs fixing and what it costs.

What is in the monthly report?

Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, queries and pages from Search Console, and a list of what I changed on the site. I send it when you ask for it.
