Projects: websites, portals and integrations
This is my web development portfolio: websites, online stores, portals and integrations for companies in Serbia, Montenegro and Germany. A hotel that could sell the same room twice, a store with 1,700 products typed in by hand, a company retyping invoices into the state e-invoicing system: every project starts with a problem that costs time or money, and every case study shows how it was solved.

A property portal on the Montenegrin coast, in three languages with translated URLs. Filters are real URLs Google indexes, and the analytics record what buyers search for and do not find.

A quote portal for custom windows: price with surcharges per square meter and linear meter, a sketch with measurements and a PDF with VAT. It replaced manual calculation.

A ledger for installments and partner debts, replacing a notebook and Excel. Every payment and charge has a date and a note, balances show in dinars and euros, and every database change is logged.

the right clock and regional settings on point of sale PCs
A small C# Windows tool for fiscal cash register computers. It keeps the clock and regional settings correct, so the software reads dates and amounts properly.

How to find a project in the portfolio like yours
Do not look for a project from the same industry; look for one with the same problem. That is why projects are grouped by type of work, not by industry.

Every case study follows the same layout: client, problem, constraints, solution, technologies and result. Figures appear only when the client confirmed them; where there are none, the case study says so.

Common questions about the projects
Are all these projects live?
Yes. Every case study has an as of date at the bottom (October 2026), and where there is a public site, the link is in the first paragraph.
Why do some projects have no link?
Royal Plast, FTPC and TimeSync are internal software: they run on the company's subdomain or on register computers, so they have no public address.
Did you do all of this yourself?
Yes. I work alone, with no team (who is behind Kavon): from specification and design to code, hosting and maintenance. Copy in other languages, like the Turkish parts for the court interpreter, is translated by the client when the translation has to be legally exact.
How long did the builds take?
From 5 days for TimeSync to almost 2 months for EcoLED. Presentation sites take 3 to 7 days, more complex projects 7 to 20 days or more. The exact time for each project is in its case study.
