Describe your project in a few sentences to get a web development quote for a website, online store, application or integration. Messages sent before 5 pm CET get a reply the same day, with a first estimate or the questions I need answered to make one. You can also call, or write on WhatsApp or Viber.

What to write in your first message
You do not need a specification or technical vocabulary. Three things are enough for a first estimate:
- What your company does and who your customers are, in a sentence or two.
- What the site or software should do: bring in enquiries, take bookings, sell, or replace work you do by hand today, in a notebook or a spreadsheet.
- When you need it, and whether you already have copy, photos and a logo.
An example of a good first message:
We run holiday apartments in Bar, 6 units. We need a site in English and German, with a page for each apartment and a WhatsApp button. We have photos but no copy. We would like the site ready by April.
An example for software rather than a website:
We sell equipment in installments and track customer debts partly in a notebook and partly in Excel. We need one place that shows who has paid what and what is still owed, in dinars and euros. One person would use the software.
From a message like that I can give an indicative price and timeline straight away and ask only about what is missing. If you are not sure what you need, describe what is bothering you today; that is a perfectly good start. If there is a site you like, send the link so I can see what you like about it.
What to include for each type of project
If you know what you need, these details speed up the estimate. Indicative prices and timelines come from the pricing page.

The timeline also depends on how quickly copy, photos and data arrive. If a request during the build falls completely outside what we agreed, we agree a small surcharge, and the timeline usually stays the same.
What happens next
- Same day reply. Messages sent before 5 pm CET get a reply the same day, with an indicative price and timeline, or with the questions I need for an estimate.
- Specification and sketch, 1 to 2 days. Once we agree, I write down what will be built, screen by screen, and make a sketch. Work starts only after you approve it.
- Build. A presentation site takes 3 to 7 days, more complex projects 7 to 20 days or more. During that time we are in touch every day.
- Handover. The site goes live on hosting. The site, domain and hosting are yours, and you get access to the hosting, domain and source code on request. The first year of maintenance is free.

A form with no cookies and no tracking
This site has no analytics and no cookies, so the form does not track you. It sends only what you type, straight to my inbox.
The form stops bots without puzzles or "I am not a robot" checks: a hidden field people never see, a check on how fast the form was sent, and a limit of five messages an hour from the same address. If something goes wrong, you land on a page with direct contact details, so your message does not vanish without a trace.
Meeting in person or remotely
I hold in person meetings in Sjenica, Novi Pazar and Tutin. By arrangement I also come to your city, when a space needs photographing, a video needs shooting or details need collecting on site; in that case you cover the fuel.

Common questions about enquiries
How fast do you reply?
Messages and emails sent before 5 pm CET get a reply the same day. Calls are on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, and weekend replies are not guaranteed.
What if I do not know my budget?
Choose "not sure yet". From your description I will give you an indicative price: a presentation site starts at 100 EUR, a site with a blog at 150 EUR, and an online store at 350 to 400 EUR or more.
What if I want something new during the build?
Tell me, and we look at the scope together. Small changes are part of the deal; if a request falls completely outside what we agreed, we agree a small surcharge. The timeline usually stays the same.
Do we sign a contract?
Usually we agree by email, message and in person. For companies that want a contract, we sign one before work starts.
What do hosting and the domain cost?
Hosting is up to 30 EUR a year, and the domain is paid at the registry's price. Both are paid up front, and I let you know 45 days before they expire.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Domain and hosting are paid up front, the rest after the site goes live, by agreement and in installments.
Can I send files or sketches?
Yes, by email to office@kavon.dev or via WhatsApp or Viber. The form takes text only, so send files separately and mention them in your message.
Do you work with clients outside Serbia?
Yes. I have built for companies in Montenegro and Germany, and I build sites in English, German, Turkish and Serbian.
What happens to the details from the form?
The enquiry arrives in my inbox, office@kavon.dev, and I use it only to reply to you.
