Problem

Nobody buys a prefab house on impulse. Months pass between the first thought and the first enquiry, and in that time a person searches — what it costs, how long it takes, whether a permit is needed, what the difference is between a log house and a prefab one. A company that only appears at the moment of purchase arrives too late, because the decision has already been shaped by someone else. A brochure site that looks good but never surfaces in those searches does not solve that.

Solution

The site was built to be found by people who are still researching, not only by those who already know the company name. Structure, content and technical optimisation were arranged around the questions people genuinely search, and the blog is not written on instinct but from analytics — you can see what brings visitors in, and the next topic follows from it. The site is bilingual, Serbian and English.

What was built

  • Brochure site with services, a gallery of finished work and a blog
  • Structure and content arranged around real search queries
  • Technical SEO and loading performance
  • Blog topics chosen from analytics
  • Gallery of completed builds as the main proof
  • Serbian and English versions
  • Call to action throughout — request a quote

A brochure site is usually judged by how it looks. This one is judged by how many people arrive at it.

The reason lies in how a prefab house gets bought. Months of searching pass between the first thought and the first enquiry — what it costs, how long it takes, whether a permit is needed. A company that only shows up at the end of that road finds the decision already made.

So the content was not written on instinct. Analytics shows which questions people arrive through, and that becomes the next post on the blog. The loop is simple: see what is being asked, write the answer, more visitors arrive with the same question.

The same logic as the zero-result searches on Sigma — demand is not assumed, it is read off.

Result

The site records several thousand visits a month and is the main channel for incoming enquiries. The blog is not decoration but the engine behind that traffic — every new topic is chosen from what people already search for, so the traffic compounds instead of flattening.

From the application

Services overview — prefab houses, log houses and summer houses
Services are split by building type, because that is how people search — nobody looks for "construction", they look for a log house or a summer house.
Gallery of completed builds
In this trade the gallery is not decoration but the main argument. Buyers choose from what has already been built.
Contact page with a quote request
The quote request is available from every page, because visitors do not always land on the home page — most often they come in through the blog.
