A guest looking for a place to stay rarely writes an email and waits. So the order on every apartment page is the same: phone first, then WhatsApp, then email, then the form — fastest to slowest.
Reviews sit under the individual apartment rather than collected on one page. A guest looking at that particular apartment reads what someone who stayed in that exact one had to say.
